Find the Needle

Find the Needle is built on one deliberately awkward job: there is a tiny needle somewhere inside a giant haystack, and clearing the stack is entirely up to you. You dig through the hay layer by layer, shrinking the pile and getting closer with every pass. Progress unlocks new ways to collect hay, more powerful tools and upgrades that clear it faster and more efficiently, and the resources you earn are spent in shops on further upgrades. The scope stays small on purpose — one huge pile, a handful of tools, a shop and a single hidden needle — and the joke is that a goal this simple turns out to be anything but. On a computer WASD moves, the left mouse button interacts, Space jumps and Tab opens the upgrade menu; a phone shows the same actions as on-screen controls with a joystick for movement.
