Sol Coalition Force

Sol Coalition Force is a wave survival shooter set among the asteroids of the Sol system. Each wave brings its own mix of trouble, from snipers and rammers to kamikaze drones, minelayers and fleets that fly in formation, so the answer to one wave is rarely the answer to the next. On every fifth wave a giant boss turns up, hitting with slams, energy shields, clones and bullet storms. Between waves you take a single upgrade from a short list: spread shot, homing missiles, a wing drone, piercing rounds or shields. Crystals lying around can be shot for energy, shields and overdrive. Twelve ships and thirty-six achievements give the long game, with your best wave and score as the target. Keyboard and mouse cover movement, steering, firing and rolls, while touch uses two sticks plus a fire button.
